The operator, Bilingvo Kopanice s.r.o., processes the personal data of guests exclusively for the purposes of handling reservations, providing accommodation services, and fulfilling legal obligations.

The processed data includes, in particular, the guest's name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and data necessary for the registration of accommodated persons.

Personal data is not provided to third parties, except in cases required by legal regulations. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations and protect the legitimate interests of the operator.

By submitting a reservation, the guest agrees to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary to provide accommodation.

All of the above points apply within our company pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
