House Rules

Maringotka Bilingvo Kopanice

Dear guests, we are delighted that you have chosen our caravan for your relaxation in nature. Our goal is to provide you with a unique experience, peace, and perfect privacy. To ensure your stay is safe, pleasant, and trouble-free, we kindly ask you to carefully read and adhere to these accommodation rules.

1. General Provisions and Registration

Accommodation Provider and Operator:

  • Name: Bilingvo Kopanice s.r.o.
  • Address: Hoštáky 777/6, Brezová pod Bradlom 90613
  • Company ID / VAT ID: 57610576, SK2122843866
  • Contact (phone/e-mail): +421 908 786 025, bilingvokopanice@gmail.com

Condition for Accommodation: Only a guest who is properly registered in advance and has paid the price for the accommodation can be accommodated. Upon arrival (or in advance online), the guest is required to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport) for registration purposes and payment of the local accommodation tax.

Property Capacity: Only the agreed number of persons (maximum 4 persons) may be accommodated and stay in the caravan and its premises. The stay of unregistered persons or visitors is strictly forbidden without the prior consent of the accommodation provider.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: Access to the caravan is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Accommodation is not self-service. A personal meeting with the accommodation provider is required upon arrival, who will hand over the keys to the caravan and familiarize you with its operation. We will specify the exact time of arrival and meeting together before the start of your stay (by e-mail, SMS, or telephone).

Property Inspection: Upon entering the caravan, please check the condition of the interior and the functionality of the equipment in your own interest. Report any defects or damages to the accommodation provider immediately.

Check-out: On the day of departure, you are obliged to vacate and lock the caravan by 11:00 at the latest (unless otherwise agreed in advance). The key to the caravan will be collected by the accommodation provider after inspecting the property.

Condition upon Departure: When leaving, please leave the caravan in a reasonable order (dishes washed, rubbish taken out, electrical appliances turned off, windows closed).

3. Caravan Operation and Glamping Specifics

As the caravan is located in the middle of nature and uses specific technologies, we ask you to respect the following rules:

Water and Waste:

  • Water is supplied in tanks/barrels; please use it sparingly.
  • Do not pour grease, food scraps, or chemicals into the sink and drains.
  • Only ecological, biodegradable hygiene and cleaning products provided by the accommodation provider may be used in the facility.

Toilet (Separating):

A special eco-toilet is installed in the caravan. Use it strictly according to the attached instructions.

It is strictly forbidden to throw any solid waste (wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, diapers, plastics, cotton swabs) into the toilet. A bin next to the toilet is exclusively for this waste. Violation of this rule may result in clogging/damage to the system, and the guest will be charged for the repair.

Heating (Solid Fuel Stove/Air Conditioning):

  • In the cold season, the caravan is heated by a wood stove or air conditioning.
  • Use only dry wood and briquettes prepared by the accommodation provider.
  • Never leave the fire in the stove unattended. Before leaving the caravan or going to sleep, make sure the stove door is securely closed and the air supply is correctly regulated.
  • Do not put any rubbish, plastics, or paper (except for paper for kindling) into the stove.

Electricity:

Charging phones and laptops is no problem. The use of personal high-consumption appliances (your own heaters, hair dryers, kettles) is strictly forbidden, as it may overload the system.

4. Behaviour in Nature and Night-time Quiet

Consideration for the Surroundings: The caravan is a place of peace and relaxation. Behave in a way that does not disturb the forest animals or any neighbours.

Night-time Quiet: A strict night-time quiet is in effect from 22:00 to 06:00. Loud celebrations, playing reproduced music in outdoor areas, or other disturbances of the night quiet are prohibited.

Nature Protection: Do not throw rubbish into nature. Conscientiously separate all waste into the designated containers in or around the caravan. Picking protected plants and damaging trees is forbidden.

5. Fire Safety and Open Fire

Given that the caravan is a wooden structure located in nature (near a forest/meadow), fire safety is an absolute priority:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the interior of the caravan (including electronic cigarettes and hookahs). Smoking is permitted exclusively outdoors in a designated area. Dispose of cigarette butts only in the provided ashtray, never freely in nature (risk of fire!).

Open Fire and Candles: It is forbidden to use open flames, candles, incense sticks, or gas stoves (unless they are a fixed part of the kitchenette) inside the caravan.

Outdoor Fire Pit / Grill:

  • Making a fire is permitted exclusively in the designated fire pit/grill.
  • Keep the fire under direct supervision at all times.
  • Before leaving the fire pit or going to sleep, thoroughly extinguish the fire with water and make sure no smouldering embers remain.
  • During periods of extreme drought and a ban on making fires declared by state authorities, any handling of open fire outdoors is strictly forbidden.

Pyrotechnics: The use of any pyrotechnics is strictly forbidden throughout the entire area all year round.

6. Stay with Pets

Permitted: A stay with a dog or other pet is possible only by prior agreement with the accommodation provider (may be subject to a fee according to the price list). The pet owner is fully responsible for its behaviour and any damage caused. Animals are not allowed to sleep in the bed and on upholstered furniture. The owner is obliged to immediately clean up after their animal in the area.

7. Liability for Damages and Deposit

Guest's Liability: The guest is responsible for all damages caused to the caravan, its equipment, and the immediate surroundings by him/her, the accommodated persons, or pets.

Reporting Damage: The guest is obliged to report any damage or destruction of property to the accommodation provider without delay and to agree on the method of financial compensation.

Personal Belongings: The accommodation provider is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought by the guest into the caravan and the area, nor for damage to a parked motor vehicle.

8. Sanctions and Premature Termination of Stay

In the event that a guest grossly or repeatedly violates these accommodation rules, the night-time quiet, endangers the safety of property and persons, or damages the surrounding nature, the accommodation provider has the right to immediately terminate their stay without the right to a refund.

Accommodated guests acknowledge that glamping is a stay in nature at their own risk. The accommodation provider is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the carelessness of guests in the forest terrain or when handling fire.

We wish you a magical and undisturbed stay, full of beautiful experiences and well-deserved rest!

These accommodation rules become valid and effective on 24.08.2026.
