1.2 By concluding the accommodation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), the tenant confirms that they have become acquainted with these terms and conditions, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

1.3 All contractual relationships are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic, in particular by Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1 The subject of the agreement is the provision of short-term recreational accommodation in the facility Maringotka Bilingvo Kopanice (a caravan located in the area of U Držkovcov – Brezová pod Bradlom) and enabling the use of related services according to the landlord's current offer.

2.2 The landlord undertakes to allow the tenant temporary use of the subject of the lease on the agreed date, and the tenant undertakes to pay the agreed price for the accommodation.

2.3 The subject of the agreement is intended exclusively for recreational accommodation. The tenant is not authorized to use the accommodation for business activities or for purposes other than those agreed upon.

3. Price and Payments

3.1 The price of accommodation is determined according to the current price list published on the website www.bilingvo.sk. The final price is calculated based on the length of stay, the number of persons, and the selected services.

3.2 After making a reservation, the tenant will receive a confirmation e-mail with the stated price and payment details.

3.3 The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 100% of the total price of the stay within 1 working day of receiving the confirmation e-mail.

3.4 Payment is made by non-cash transfer to the landlord's account specified in the confirmation e-mail.

3.5 If the payment is not made in accordance with these conditions, the landlord has the right to cancel the reservation and consider the contractual relationship invalid.

4. Reservation and Conclusion of the Agreement

4.1 Reservations can be made through the reservation system on the website www.megaubytovanie.sk, or by phone or e-mail on the website www.bilingvo.sk.

4.2 When making a reservation, the tenant is obliged to truthfully provide all required data, in particular name, surname, address, e-mail, and telephone number. This data is necessary for the conclusion of the agreement and subsequent communication.

4.3 As part of the reservation, the tenant chooses the date of stay, the number of persons, and any additional services. After submitting the form, they will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of the reservation, payment details, and further instructions for check-in.

4.4 The contractual relationship between the landlord and the tenant is established upon the delivery of the reservation confirmation to the tenant by the landlord.

4.5 The effectiveness of the agreement is conditional on the payment of the agreed deposit according to Article 3.3 within 3 working days of receiving the confirmation e-mail. If the payment is not credited to the landlord's account within this period, the reservation expires without further notice and the agreement is considered ineffective.

4.6 The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are governed by these terms and conditions. Pursuant to § 44 of the Slovak Civil Code, the agreement is concluded at the moment the reservation confirmation is delivered.

In such a case, the reservation is considered cancelled due to the tenant's fault with the effects according to Article 5.2.

5.5 The landlord is entitled to cancel the reservation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, a technical failure making it impossible to provide accommodation, extraordinary measures by public authorities). In such a case, the entire amount already paid will be returned to the tenant, and the tenant is not entitled to compensation for further damages.

7.4 The landlord is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, e.g., power outages, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events beyond their control.

7.5 The landlord reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions. The version valid at the time of concluding the agreement is always binding.

7.6 The landlord is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of items belonging to the tenant or persons accommodated with the tenant, if it occurred outside the accommodation premises or as a result of non-compliance with the rules of these terms and conditions.

7.7 The landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the tenant's stay without the right to a refund of the accommodation price if the tenant or persons accommodated with them violate the contractual conditions, the rules of good cohabitation, or seriously endanger the property and safety of others.
